Privacy policy

The short version: we do not ask for your identity, we have no user accounts, and the sensitive parts of trading happen inside your own browser. This page explains exactly what that means.
What we never collect
- Your name, email, phone number or any identity document. There is no sign-up.
- Your wallet's private keys or recovery phrase.
- Your Venue trading key. It is generated in your browser, encrypted with a key derived from a wallet signature, and stored only on your device. It is never transmitted to us — we operate no server that could receive it.
What stays on your device
The Interface uses your browser's local storage for things that are yours alone:
- the encrypted trading key and its public half;
- your theme and language preference;
- your favourite markets and recently viewed markets.
None of this is sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes all of it. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
What is inherently public
Blockchains and the Venue are public systems. Your wallet address, deposits, orders, positions and trades are recorded on the Venue and are visible to anyone, independently of the Interface. We do not publish them; they are already public by design. Do not use the Interface expecting on-chain anonymity.
What our hosting sees
The Interface is served by a hosting provider that processes standard technical request data — IP address, user agent, timestamps and requested paths — to deliver pages, protect against abuse and keep the service running. We use the coarse country signal derived from your IP address for one purpose only: to block access to trading from restricted jurisdictions, as required. We do not build user profiles from this data and we do not sell it.
Third parties
The Interface talks directly to the Venue's public API from your browser to fetch market and account data. Your wallet provider, your network provider and the Venue each handle data under their own policies. Fonts and market logos are served from our own domain rather than third-party CDNs.
Children
The Interface is not directed at anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the current version.
